On May 18, the VII Conference of the Office of Technical Inspection was held. This year's edition coincided with the 110th anniversary of the operation of technical supervision in Poland . Discussions full of congratulations and thanks were conducive to the exchange of valuable information and new perspectives. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology.

During operation, technical devices are exposed to various processes that deteriorate their technical condition , leading to many types of damage. Damage to the devices is a challenge for the inspectors of the Office of Technical Inspection during the supervision activities. Often, in such situations, making a decision about allowing the device for further use and the time of its safe operation is difficult. Proper assessment of the technical condition requires extensive experience and interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of: material engineering, material testing, process engineering or construction construction.
