  The employer is obliged to keep personal files for each employee, also being a foreigner. Their scope is determined by the provisions of the labor law. The employer is obliged to keep documents confirming legal employment in the foreigner's personal files. This applies to documents such as a work permit or notification of the PUP that work has been entrusted to a Ukrainian.
