New obligations will be imposed on employers as regards entering into a probationary contract and terminating a fixed-term contract.       An employer who decides to introduce monitoring in order to ensure safe working conditions should be aware that this should not be a decision only preceded by its calculation, having the proverbial "second bottom" not related to safety. Monitoring can be used as a necessary tool to ensure safe working conditions. Its introduction, however, should be consulted with employees in advance. When deciding to introduce cameras to the workplace, the employer must also be aware of the limitations associated with their use. Monitoring of the work process is also controlled by the National Labor Inspectorate.
