    • Changes in employers' obligations in the scope of PPK (13)
      Many changes have been introduced in the provisions governing employee capital plans (PPK), including Some provisions that raised doubts in practice were clarified. The rules for the return of unduly charged payments, collected and transferred to a financial institution were regulated, and it was also possible to conclude a PPK agreement after 14 days of employment of an employee (contractor). The amended provisions also impose an obligation on micro-entrepreneurs to inform PFR about the reasons for not applying the Act on PPK.

    • Protection of the employment relationship of persons called to perform military service after the changes from 23 April 2022 (20)
      The Act on the Defense of the Fatherland ensures the protection of the durability of the employment relationship to persons called up to perform military service. This protection consists in the prohibition of the employer from terminating or terminating employment contracts. The protection of the durability of the employment relationship also covers the spouse of a soldier performing compulsory basic military service.

    • Teachers' salary increases from 1 May 2022 (26)
      From May 1, 2022, the average salary of teachers has increased by 4.4%. The increase takes place no later than June 30, 2022, with the compensation from May 1, 2022. In connection with the increase in the average salary of teachers, the minimum base salary was also increased by 4.4%. Increases in basic salary should be paid to teachers no later than June 30, 2022, with compensation from May 1, 2022.
