      From 1 January 2022, payers and insured persons will face important changes in determining the right to sickness and maternity benefits. They concern, inter alia, the rules of limitation of the right to allowances and rehabilitation benefit due to unpaid premium debt, shortening the period of receiving sickness allowance after termination of the insurance title to 91 days, determining the allowance period, which will include all incapacity for work, regardless of their type.
