  The employer may request from the employee information about infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus (so-called coronavirus), as well as other data related to counteracting COVID-19 disease. The legal basis is provided by the provisions of the GDPR. However, they require that these data be guaranteed security and confidentiality.

  In the event of a bad financial situation of the company, the employer may conclude with trade unions, and when such do not operate at the plant, with the employee representation agreement to suspend the application of all or part of the internal regulations.
Remuneration

  The employment contract of the employee who does not accept the new terms of employment introduced by the notice amending the employment contract will terminate after the notice period has expired. In such a situation, it can be considered that the refusal to accept the proposed conditions is a reason for termination of the employment relationship.
