- Identification of the premises for the implementation of the TQM strategy among construction companies
The quality management strategy (TQM) is still valid and is the subject of many studies and analyzes. It is not a new strategy, but due to its unquestionable advantages it is extremely popular in many sectors of the economy. Undoubtedly, construction is such an industry. The literature on the concept of quality management is exceptionally rich. In the construction industry, the vast majority of entrepreneurs deal with the determinants of the implementation of the TQM strategy and its effects. - Corporate social responsibility and quality management on the example of a production company
Resource management is currently taking place in a globalizing environment, whose main paradigm is sustainable development. The concept of sustainable development requires that such entities not only meet their needs and expectations of their current clients, society, but also take into account the needs of future generations. An increasing number of enterprises are deciding to take up the challenge of social responsibility. The reasons for this decision vary, for example, the requirements of contractors, the search for new strategies to compete on an increasingly homogeneous market or the desire to win new customers. The empirical goal - as the main one to be implemented under this article - was to determine whether the application of the concept of corporate social responsibility in a company is related to quality management and what is its nature.

Transport is an indispensable element of every developing economy. Transport services directly affect the quality of life of residents in a specific area. The demand for transport services is conditioned by the attractiveness of the offer. Customer satisfaction is closely related to the quality of services provided. Producing the service, even the best from the point of view of the company, does not guarantee its acceptance by the buyers. The assessment made by the customer is the final measure of the quality of the service.
