  • Interaction of medical committees subordinate to the Minister of the Interior with organizational units of occupational health services (4)
    On June 3, 2019, a regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 8, 2019 was issued on the cooperation of medical committees subordinate to the Minister of Internal Affairs with organizational units of occupational medicine services operating in the same ministry. The ordinance replaces the previous regulation of the Council of Ministers of December 22, 2014 under the same title and it entered into force on June 18, 2019.

    Under item 21 of the occupational diseases list there is a bilateral permanent receiving cochlear or sensory-nerve hearing loss due to noise. Is there a basis to eliminate from the period of employment in occupational exposure the time of employment of a worker in a position on which occupational exposure occurred only because it was less than 2 months?
