    According to the government draft, apart from the act on the social insurance system, the accident act is also to be amended soon. The main modification is to adapt the Act of 30 October 2002 on social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019 , item 1205, as amended; hereinafter: the Accident Act) to the content of Art. 12 sec. 1 of the Act of 25 June 1999 on cash benefits from social insurance in the event of sickness and maternity (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 870, as amended; hereinafter: the Benefit Act). What exactly are the changes supposed to be about?
