    Ailments of the cervical spine are a serious problem in the working population. For many years, they have been invariably one of the main reasons for the sickness absence of Poles, generating enormous costs related to growing expenses on health care and incapacity to work. The article presents an analysis of the literature on the effectiveness of exercises aimed at the prevention and treatment of cervical spine ailments. M CONSIDERING in mind the practical aspect, prepared sets of exercise for people complaining about this type of ailment.
