    From 2019 changes to the list of standards harmonized with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC are carried out in the form of a Commission Implementing Decision (EU). The December 2019 ATEST issue discusses the content of the first Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/436 of March 18, 2019 on harmonized standards for machines. The European Commission cited above by decision (2019/436), it published three lists in the Official Journal of the European Union: new standards harmonized with the Machinery Directive (Annex I to the above-mentioned decision); harmonized standards subject to the Machinery Directive (Annex II to the above-mentioned decision) and standards withdrawn with effect from the above-mentioned dates (Annex III to the above-mentioned decision).
  • Employee's state of health as a reason for changing the job
    Elements of the content of the employment contract are listed in Art. 29 § 1 of the Labor Code (hereinafter: the Labor Code). One of them is the type of work, usually determined by indicating the name of the job. As a rule, a permanent change of this element requires both parties to conclude an amending agreement or submit an amending notice by the employer in accordance with the procedure provided for in Art. 42 § 1-3 of the Labor Code.
