Question: Company "X" produces waste in connection with the operation of the installation for the production of plastic packaging and is entered in the BDO register only in section XI. The starosta issued a permit on May 5, 2017 for a specified period until May 5, 2027. At some point in its operation, the "X" company started to produce another waste 15 01 03 in the form of used pallets and it was not included in the permit from the Staroste, I would like to add that this waste does not arise as a result of the operation of the installation. Does company "X" have to apply to the Staroste for a new / updated permit, or should it submit an update application to the BDO register.
