Work safety regulations are regulated by employers' obligations which are related to this - in the scope of cooperation or designation of the coordinating person. This does not exempt individual employers from their obligations to their employees, including in the area of preventive medical examinations.

Should employees after this date have to finish again, with a positive result, training conducted according to a program developed or approved by the Office of Technical Inspection and pass the state examination carried out by the qualification commission of the competent Office of Technical Inspection?
