From August 10, 2018, the organizer of works performed with the use of a forklift truck - creating the possibility of a particular threat to human health or life related to conditions prevailing at the place of transport - is to issue a written order to perform such work (§ 6 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and finances from December 15, 2017, on health and safety at work when using power-driven trucks). It is only on the basis of such a written order that the trolley operator can proceed to work and perform it.
